Customer testimonials

I was impressed with the quick response I received from Bob and the very
complete inspection he did on the home I was interested in buying. He is
knowledgeable of all aspects of construction, plumbing, and electrical
systems and was of great assistance to me in purchasing the right home.

"I was extremely pleased with the home inspection services I received from Bob Meeson (or Arrow - whichever you'd like to use). I found him (them) to be thorough, precise, comprehensive, and timely. After using another firm that breezed through a home and only provided vague recommendations, I was especially pleased to receive such a detailed inspection and report. I would definitely recommend him (them) to anyone I know who is looking to get a home inspected."

Thank you for the job that you did, of inspecting 27 Osborne St. I appreciate your timely report and the simplicity of it's content. Thank you for being open, honest and professional. My mom and I have decided, based on your report, to go
ahead with our plans.
I hope to meet you again. God Bless You and Your Family!!
Sincerely,
Carolyn L. Avery-Boone

Thanks, I got the radon report. I sent the realtor, an email about the problems that I want fixed (roof, radon, and tree limbs in the ourside wires) plus to knock off $5000 purchase price for the electrical issues, asbestos pipes, lead piping, rusted oil tank, etc. I think that is fair and if they don't- I think we're going to walk away from the house. I knew the house needed work-porches, lead paint, gutters, but after the structural there was a lot more problems. So that's it for now. Thanks for all your help Bob!
